You can now commission us for the pattern that goes on to the tote bag.

 

*Due to the size of the pattern we can include on the bag, the commissions will only be CHIBIS or BUST-UP PORTRAITS. (Can refer to the tote bags currently on sale for reference.)

How to order:

 

1.  Make sure the item is currently available and note us by Etsy to approve your request BEFORE placing the order and process the payment.

Note:  We can maximumly take 2 characters with only one or two as the focal point. (which means the others would be small and in the background  again, refer to the bags currently on-sale)  Due to limited space, more characters will result in smaller sizes.  Pease take that into consideration if you plan to request

more than 1 character. Each addition character is an additional cost of $10 added to the total.

 

2. Be sure to include the following information in the note as well as the message     box for seller when placing the order.

 

3. For Original Characters:

    Detailed description and/or colored picture references

 

4. For Fan Characters:

    Name of the character 

    Name of the show/movie/etc the character is from

 

Time for Delivery:

 

It usually takes around 2-3 weeks for designing and making.

 

Once the bag has been mailed, a confirmation E-mail will be send out.

For commissions, Animus Rhythm Illustration retains the rights to the image, unless transfer of those rights to the commissioner was specifically sorted out in the agreement, which usually includes an extra fee.

If the commission is of OC character(s), the commissioner still holds the copy right to the character though the art belongs to the Animus Rhythm Illustration.  Therefore, the commission is not allowed to be used commercially unless specified. 

Animus Rhythm Illustration will not use the image containing commissioner's OC characters for any commercial purposes without permission from the commissioner.

If the commission is of official character(s) (fanarts), the commissioner will not hold any rights to the artwork. Animus Rhythm Illustration will be authorized to use the artwork in any future projects or products without obtaining permission from the commissioner.
